The Conference Center consists of the Point House and lawn with picnic tables, where retreats take place (left above). There is a swimming beach and miles of hiking trails. Also on the grounds are a caretaker's house (right above) and a storage shed.

The Point House is available for overnight accommodations as well as for daily use. The Point House contains three dorm-style bedrooms for up to 20 people. It has two full baths upstairs, as well as a handicapped-accessible lavatory on the first floor. You must supply your own bedding for overnights. The Point House has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, and a propane grill outside.

The main level is handicapped accessible and offers a large living area suitable for meetings. The Point House is equipped with WiFi, and a large flat screen TV with HDMI hookup.

Killam’s Point Conference Center is open from April 1st through Thanksgiving.
