Killam’s Point Conference Center (KPCC) welcomes you and expects ethical and moral conduct from its guests at all times. KPCC respectfully requests all groups to leave the facilities in the same, or better condition than they found them at arrival. All dogs must be leashed on the property. Flexi leashes are not permitted.

• All groups must present a certificate of liability insurance prior to their arrival.
• KPCC is a drug free facility.
• Smoking is prohibited in the Point House, the area surrounding the Point House, and on the trails. The only area where smoking is allowed is by the parking area near the basketball court. Please “field strip” all cigarette butts and dispose of properly.
• NO fireworks or open fires are permitted on the property.
• Parking is limited to 15-20 spaces. Please carpool with members of your group. Overflow parking is available in the lower lot at Orchard House, Adult Daycare Center.
• KPCC does not maintain an extensive First Aid Kit. Large groups should make their own arrangements.
• Jumping off the cliffs is strictly prohibited.
• Overnight accommodations are allowed for up to 20 persons. We have 12 mattresses for your use. Please bring your own bedding, and air mattresses if there will be more than 12 guests.
• Do not leave food in the refrigerator or freezer. Take your leftovers home.
• All groups are expected to remove all trash, place all trash and food scraps in the dumpster, and clean all used facilities before leaving.
• Any damages incurred during your stay will be the responsibility of your group.
• Remember: Take only pictures, leave only footprints.
